Product Description
Product features: This product has metalized laser in front side and metalized laser message on back side, the message will turn into red UV under UV light. This tear tape is combined with two times metalized laser and two times positioning printing. It provides very good function of anti-counterfeiting. (This tear tape can be made of OPP/PVC).
About the technique: Any plastic material will happen to this problem of disordered overprinting in horizontal and vertical direction. As it is clear ink for second overprinting, optical tracking does not work. Also, if the material is PVC, it will produce shrinkage during the production, that will cause the second overprinting in trouble. Meanwhile you have to solve the problem of adhesion of the UV(this problem has not yet be solved completely in this industry).
